Darren W. Bentley
Darren focuses his law practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, collections, and general civil litigation. He graduated from the University of Arizona and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. Darren and his wife, Ann, moved to Danville in 2002.
Darren is a member of the Virginia State Bar and North Carolina State Bar. He is admitted to practice in all Virginia and North Carolina Bankruptcy Courts and regularly handles bankruptcy matters for creditors in both states. He is also a member of the Danville Bar Association. Virginia Business Magazine has recognized Darren as “Legal Elite” in bankruptcy law. He was also named to the Virginia Super Lawyers list in creditor debtor rights.
